Q1: If I want to create my own brand, can you help me produce it?
Yes, in addition to brand resale, we also support ODM/OEM orders. Our professional team is ready to provide you with full service.
Q2: What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For resale of our brand, the MOQ is 12 pieces. For customization, the MOQ ranges from 3,000 to 12,000 pieces. We are open to discussing based on your specific situation.
Q3: Do you provide samples, and who bears the sample fee?
We provide samples for testing, but the sample fee is borne by you. The sample fee can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order.
Q4: What is your production and delivery lead time after order confirmation?
The lead time varies:
Standard/Stock Products: 3-15 days for shipment.
Customized Products: 25-45 days after receiving the deposit and all confirmed files (including sample approval, packaging material production, filling, QC, and delivery to the port).
We will provide a detailed production schedule for you.
Q5: Can I have exclusive agency in my country?
Regional exclusive agents need to meet certain annual procurement amounts and exclusive deposit requirements. At present, we have exclusive partners in some markets. We welcome interested wholesalers to negotiate separately.
